a.  To  detect dangerous drug traffickers, pushers and 
                users.

       b.  To investigate dangerous drugs cases and 
                 arrest/prosecute violators of drug laws.

       c.  To conduct drug prevention education and public 
               information.

       d.  To assist the government in the treatment and 
               rehabilitation program for drug users/dependents.

       e.   To enforce other laws relative to general police 
                duties.
